The story behind SYKIA

After more than twenty years working within large international organizations, particularly in the industrial and pharmaceutical sectors, I created SYKIA Consulting to offer a more independent, personalized approach, fully aligned with my values.

SYKIA, which means “fig tree” in Greek, reflects a vision of sustainable growth: taking the time to build strong foundations, step back when needed, and move forward at your own pace.

Throughout my career, I have led teams, managed budgets and supported transformations, career transitions and leadership journeys in demanding environments. These experiences have strengthened my belief that moments of transition are valuable opportunities, when supported in the right way.

Today, I offer a structured and supportive space for reflection, helping you step back, make sound decisions and move forward with clarity and confidence.
