Supporting people in their growth and guiding them through key moments in their journey is the common thread of my commitment.
Throughout my career, in France and internationally, as a woman, a mother, a leader and a manager, I have personally gone through periods of transition that led me to reinvent myself, adapt and stay aligned with my values.
Today, as an entrepreneur, I have chosen a more independent, direct and deeply human approach to coaching. These experiences have strengthened my belief that moments of transition are powerful opportunities, when supported in the right way.
This is what I offer: a space for listening, reflection and movement, with pragmatic and concrete options, where each person can move forward at their own pace.
SYKIA : grounding to grow
SYKIA means « fig tree » in Greek.
In many cultures, this tree symbolizes growth, resilience and transmission.
It is a strong tree, able to adapt to demanding environments, whose deep roots support sustainable growth, and whose fruits mature over time.
This symbolism reflects my approach: creating a safe and supportive space where each person can ground themselves, step back and move forward at their own pace.

I see coaching as a space that is both demanding and supportive, where stepping back helps reveal resources that are often already present but not yet fully used. Lasting transformation does not rely solely on tools or methods, but on clarity, alignment and the quality of relationships.

With over twenty years of international experience in talent and organizational development, I now support leaders, managers, entrepreneurs and individuals in their professional and personal transformations. I have worked within major international groups such as Thales, Naval Group and Sanofi, where I held senior HR leadership roles, including Vice President Talent & Culture.
Today, through SYKIA Consulting, I work in both French and English with a wide range of organizations, focusing on coaching, career transitions, leadership and talent assessment. As an ICF-certified coach, I draw on several recognized approaches and continue to develop my practice to offer structured, demanding and action-oriented support, tailored to each situation.
